• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account, and keep your account information up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 require parental consent.

Course Access & Usage

• Upon enrollment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course content for personal educational use only.
• Course content may not be downloaded, reproduced, distributed, or shared without explicit written permission from EduAll.
• We reserve the right to revoke access to courses in cases of violation of these terms or misuse of the platform.

Payment & Refunds

• All course fees are clearly stated before purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice for future purchases.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and before completing more than 30% of the course content.
• Subscription services are billed automatically. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of the billing period.

Intellectual Property

• All content on EduAll, including courses, videos, text, graphics, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• User-generated content remains the property of the respective users, but by posting, you grant EduAll a license to use, display, and distribute such content.

Prohibited Conduct

• You may not use EduAll to distribute spam, malware, or engage in any illegal activities.
• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward other users or instructors is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or other users' accounts is forbidden.
